ARTICLE 12 – RETURNS
ZAYHAN accepts returns and exchanges for all its items, subject to the exceptions set out below. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal may not, in particular, be exercised for goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Therefore, for hygiene reasons, bodysuits and swimwear for which the protective seal or device ensuring their integrity has been removed, unsealed or altered after delivery cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. For other eligible items, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code.
